Nara Ecotours



Nara (奈良市, Nara-shi) is the capital city of Nara Prefecture in the Kansai region of Japan. Nara is an ancient capital that was built more than 1,300 years ago.

Nara is a must visit place. Because it was Japan`s capital, there is a lot of historical and mystic places to visit like temples, shrines and ruins.

Specifically Tōdai-ji, Saidai-ji, Kōfuku-ji, Kasuga Shrine, Gangō-ji, Yakushi-ji, Tōshōdai-ji and the Heijō Palace remains, together with Kasugayama Primeval Forest, collectively form "Historic Monuments of Ancient Nara", a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Our ecotours are interesting, friendly and unique.
We visit the city points of interest like Tōdai-ji Temple, Kōfuku-ji, Nara park, etc.

  • Reservation required.
  • Estimated time: 3 ~4 hours.
  • Starting time 11:00am.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 persons and a maximum of 8 persons per ecotour.
  • Ages between 9 and 70 years old.
  • Be able to walk.

What to bring:
  • Comfortable walking shoes.
  • Winter season: Jacket.
